Agile Values
Manifesto for Agile Software Development
We are uncovering better ways of developing
software by doing it and helping others do it.
Through this work we have come to value:
Individuals and interactions over processes and tools
Working software over comprehensive documentation
Customer collaboration over contract negotiation
Responding to change over following a plan
That is, while there is value in the items on
the right, we value the items on the left more.

Demystifying Scrum Master
As a Scrum Master, I try to capture my vision and role as described by the Scrum Guide and use the Agile Values and Principles to successfully execute my duties. It's part of the "about me" page on my personal website. As rightfully mentioned in the Scrum Guide, I want to emphasize offering services to the Development Team, Product Owner, and Organization.

A Day in a Life of a Product Owner
The ScrumGuide state that the Product Owner is accountable for maximizing the value of the product resulting from the work of the Scrum Team. How this is done may vary widely across organizations, Scrum Teams, and individuals.
The Product Owner is also accountable for effective Product Backlog management, which includes:
Developing and explicitly communicating the Product Goal;
Creating and clearly communicating Product Backlog items;
Ordering Product Backlog items; and,
Ensuring that the Product Backlog is transparent, visible and understood.
