Work you’ll do

  • Lead Scrum team for application development and maintenance

  • Run sprints, daily stand up meetings, lead/educate team on agile process

  • Facilitate Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective ceremonies

  • Proactively manage and mitigate risks and issues across Scrum team

  • Elicit, analyze, document, help prioritize, and manage requirements from multiple stakeholders

  • Manage the activities, user stories, tasks, and deliverable of releases throughout the Agile SDLC

Required Qualifications

  • 2-4+ years’ experience with Agile software delivery and user story generation and functional testing

  • Proficient with Agile Lifecycle Management tools (e.g. Jira, Rally, VersionOne, etc.)

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

    Desired Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited College or University

  • Proven experience effectively prioritizing workload to meet deadlines and work objectives

  • ScrumMaster Certification (CSM, PSM, or Agile SAFe)

  • Works well in a team and flexible in a fast-paced environment
