Resume don’t give people job but it is an opportunity to be invited to the party to show case your self, and tell the interviewer how great you are make sure your resume is readable, and less cloudy.

Human needs to be able to read

  • Clear, Consie Heading 

  • Readable font Style (calibri)

  • 10-12 pt font size

  • .5 inch - 1 inch margins

  • Bullet points and Paragraphs

  • Send in PDF format unless specify by employer or recruiter

  • No columns or tables

  • No Images, charts or graphic

  • Use clear hierarchy

  • Include keyword (specific to the industry)

  • Upload in Word Format

Create engaging Content

  • Engaging Contenttart with a professional Template

  • Create your unique headline 

    • Ensure you place 3 key skills usually from the job posting

  • Include keywords and phrases

  • HIghlight relevant expertise, (what is your background and expertise and how is it related to the position)

    1. Start with a powerful pitch (tell the employer what you can do for them, something you can elaborate in “Tell me about yourself” during the interview)

    2. Include your most important career highlights

    3. Develop result-driven achievement statement (result of the task you did)

    4. Emphasize your text skills (this is becoming very important especially with the remote work, and transformation to digitization)
