Agile and Change Management

Agile and change management are closely related, but distinct. Agile comprises a set of principles, practices and tools that help teams deliver value to stakeholders. These include working very closely with product owners and customers, conducting regular retrospectives and improving feedback loops to better understand why certain changes were successful or unsuccessful, so that such changes can be made in the future.
